Mission Achieved #Save Abdulrahim…

As informed, the fundraising campaign for the release of Abdulrahim Kerala from the Saudi Arabian jail is closed now. The Legal Aid Committee for Abdulrahim informed this news a while ago. They also advised not to transfer any further amount into the account for this cause. 

As per their information, a total amount of INR. 34 Cr. & 45.46 lakh has been collected with an additional amount of INR. 45.46 lakhs, which was credited into the account.

P. M. Shameer & Ashraf Venghatt from Kerala, who led the Legal Aid Committee,  said that after conducting a detailed audit, the money will be sent to the Indian Embassy in Riyadh through the Ministry of External Affairs. 

They expressed a full of gratifications & big thanks to all those philanthropists, who helped them to achieve the target before the deadline, which is hardly a week ahead. They also reiterated that this is a very big task where humanity are united across caste, religion, region & political barriers. The real spirit of the Indians is morefully visible through this big mission. 

The heads of the Committee also described this as a result of the Keralites & others coming together to join hands to translate the tears & DUAs of Mrs. Pathu, mother of Abdulrahim, into bucks to save her son. They felt content that the big mission now came to an end. The meeting will be held tomorrow (13/04/2024) in this regard, they said.
