JF Winter Festival 2025 Celebrated with Grandeur in Riyadh

Jam’iyyatul Falah (JF), Riyadh, successfully organized its annual flagship event, “JF Winter Festival 2025,” at Al Masiya Resort, Riyadh, on Friday, December 12. The event witnessed an overwhelming participation of around 1,000+ guests, including families from various parts of India, reflecting the unity, diversity, and strength of the community. 

The programme commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an by Ismail Musliyar Kalminja, setting a spiritual and inspiring tone for the evening. 

Following the Qur’an recitation, the Master of Ceremony, Mr. Nazeer Ahmed, invited Mr. Salman Noor, President of Jam’iyyatul Falah Riyadh, to the stage along with Mr. Abubaker Irfan Shaikh (General Secretary), Mr. Mohammed Ashfaque (NRU Chief), Mr. Hameed Wenz (Ex-President, Jam’iyyatul Falah Riyadh), and other Senior Members.

The Chief Guests for the event were Mr. Zakaria Bajpe, CEO of AlMuzain, KSA, and Mr. Mohammed Yunus, CEO of Sandtec Company.

Welcome Address & JF Documentary

In his welcome address, Mr. Salman Noor extended a warm greeting to all guests and presented an overview of Jam’iyyatul Falah’s activities in India and Riyadh. A comprehensive documentary highlighting JF’s achievements, ongoing initiatives, and future projects were screened, leaving a lasting impression on the audience.

Jam’iyyatul Falah, Riyadh, has been actively organizing various community activities such as Annual Get-Together, Cricket and Volleyball Tournaments, Student Awards Distributions, Personality Development Programs, and Parenting & Career Guidance Sessions. Through these initiatives, Jam’iyyatul Falah not only educates and entertains the community, but also brings together people from South Canara and other regions, fostering unity and brotherhood.

The Jam’iyyatul Falah Get-Together is one of the most popular events, as it helps relieve the emotional and social pressures of living away from home. In India, Jam’iyyatul Falah continues its mission of uplifting the underprivileged through education and social welfare programs.

Jam’iyyatul Falah, Riyadh, has been organizing such community-cantered events for over 37 years, strengthening bonds among expatriates while supporting underprivileged communities in Mangalore and Udupi districts. The JF Winter Festival 2025 once again stood as a testament to unity, service, and compassion. 

Inspirational Addresses

The Jam’iyyatul Falah – Riyadh felicitated Mr. Zakaria Bajpe for being honoured with the Kannada Rajyotsava Award 2025, one of the highest civilian awards bestowed by the Government of Karnataka.

Chief Guest Mr. Zakaria Bajpe, recipient of the Prestigious Kannada Rajyotsava Award 2025, shared his inspiring life journey, highlighting humility, perseverance, and commitment to social responsibility. He emphasized the importance of giving back to society and supporting education and welfare initiatives.

Mr. Mohammed Yunus, a proud member of Jam’iyyatul Falah, spoke about his long association with the organization and his involvement in landmark documentary projects such as Akrandana, Munnade, and Parivarthane. He emphasized the importance of philanthropy and community service in building a strong and compassionate society.

Jam’iyyatul Falah – Riyadh paid heartfelt tribute to late Br. Abdul Azeez of Kushal Nagar, a dedicated associate of Jam’iyyatul Falah and other community organizations, who recently departed from us.

Br. Abdul Aziz was known for his commitment, sincerity, and active involvement in community service. His contributions and association with JF will always be remembered with gratitude and respect.

As a mark of love and remembrance, Jam’iyyatul Falah – Riyadh presented a memento to his son, Abdul Rehman honouring the legacy and service of the departed soul.

Keynote & Entertainment

The Keynote Speaker, Br. Yaseen Baig, delivered an insightful lecture on Parenting, which was highly appreciated by the audience.

Islamic and General Knowledge Quiz & Spot Games conducted by Nazeer Ahmed and Haneef Bardila

Outdoor games for Men’s (Volley Ball & Tug-of-War) were conducted by the sports coordinators. all the participants played with full of energy. And also many games for children were also conducted.

In addition, a special Churmuri counter became a major attraction of the evening, drawing enthusiastic participation and appreciation from members of all age groups.

A Free Medical Camp, organized by Durrat Lamar Medical Company (DLMC) under the leadership of Dr. Moin, benefited many attendees through BP and Sugar checks.

The JF Kaup Clinic (Kaup, Mangalore) offers free consultations, diagnostics, medicines, and health camps, serving 400+ patients every month with the support of dedicated doctors and volunteers.
