The Aim India Forum (AIF) team, under the leadership of Founder President Dr. Shaikh Muzaffer, held an introductory meeting with His Excellency Emmadi Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Consul General of India to Dubai and the Northern Emirates, at the Consulate General of India in Dubai.
Dr. Muzaffer was accompanied by the AIF delegation comprising Mr. Mohammed Azeem, Convener; Mr. Mohammed Niyaz, Vice President; Mr. Ismail, Secretary – Community Welfare; and Mr. Jangam Balakrishna, Coordinator – Community Welfare.
The meeting provided an opportunity to introduce the vision, objectives and ongoing community initiatives of Aim India Forum and to discuss ways of strengthening support for the Indian community across the UAE.
The discussions mainly focused on the welfare of blue-collar workers, labour awareness, community awareness programmes, assistance to distressed Indians, and initiatives aimed at empowering and supporting the wider Indian community in the UAE. The AIF team also highlighted the importance of creating greater awareness among Indian nationals about their rights, responsibilities, available services and support mechanisms.
Speaking during the meeting, Dr. Shaikh Muzaffer said: “We don’t want to be another organization that comes to the Consulate with problems; we want to come with solutions.”
He further emphasised that Aim India Forum’s vision is to ensure that the Indian community becomes the most informed and updated community in the UAE, with greater awareness about labour rights, government services, legal procedures, safety, financial literacy and other matters affecting the lives of Indian nationals.
Dr. Muzaffer also expressed his appreciation for the leadership of His Excellency Emmadi Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, describing him as an energetic, dynamic and passionate leader with a keen interest in learning new things, understanding community issues and engaging with different stakeholders. He expressed confidence that under His Excellency’s leadership, there would be further opportunities to strengthen community outreach and welfare initiatives.
The Aim India Forum team conveyed its commitment to working constructively with the Consulate General of India and other relevant authorities to support Indian nationals in the UAE and contribute positively to the welfare and empowerment of the community.
The meeting concluded on a positive note, with both sides expressing their commitment to continued engagement and cooperation for the welfare, awareness and empowerment of the Indian community in the UAE.
